Prints (Rolled in a tube) – £10*

Originals (Unstapled & Rolled in a Tube) – £40*

This means that the frames are not included – please take original artworks to local framers to be restretched ready to hang. Prints can be taken to local framers for advice or placed in a suitable frame bought separately.

Canvas Prints (Shipped Whole) – These cannot be rolled in a tube so I ship for s fixed price – £50*

Originals (framed and whole) – Postage is calculated* after purchase to ensure the cheapest price for the customer with the most reliable and efficient service available at that moment in time. It is extremely variable, dependant on country, size and weight of the piece. 

This means your canvas arrives whole. The cost of shipping is considerably more than when it is shipped in a tube but you do not have to take the canvas to be restretched and hung. It comes exactly how you see it on the website, ready to hang on the wall.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns of  artworks that are made to order. These cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. 

In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase please contact littledotart@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your artwork and/or merchandise. You will need to include your order number and the reason for returning the item. Please state whether you would like a refund or to echange it for another. 

To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in. You are responsible for the cost of returning items for refund or exchange. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service to make sure that we receive your returned item.

When you return your artwork to us, it is essential that you return it in perfect condition. The best way to do that is in the packaging it arrived in. If the artwork is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. If you would like advise on packing it to make sure it reaches us safely then please email: littledotart@gmail.com

DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SUPPLIED ORDERS

If you need to return an item because it is damaged or has been incorrectly supplied please e-mail us photos of the damaged or incorrect product to littledotart@gmail.com.

When an item needs to be returned because it is damaged or has been incorrectly supplied then we will of course refund the cost of shipping it back to us (proof of cost is required). Please use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.

All refunds and replacements will be granted at the discretion of Little Dot Art.
