Prints (Rolled in a tube) – £12*
This means that the frames are not included. Prints can be taken to local framers for advice or placed in a suitable frame bought separately.
Originals – Paintings less than 90cm in size – £50*
Originals – This option includes any painting over 90cm in size. Postage is calculated* after purchase to ensure the cheapest price for the customer with the most reliable and efficient service available at that moment in time. It is extremely variable, dependant on country, size and weight of the piece.
This means your canvas arrives whole. It comes exactly how you see it on the website, ready to hang on the wall.
Notebooks – Single/£12* Pack of 3/£20* Pack of 5/£30*
Greeting Cards – Up to 10 Cards/£10*
*Customs & Import taxes not included in shipping fee. International customers are responsible for these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns of artworks that are made to order, unless they arrive damaged.
If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact littledotart@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a trackable service.
Please use the original packaging to return your item safely. If artwork is damaged in transit back to us, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. If you’d like advice on safe packing, email littledotart@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos of the product at littledotart@gmail.com.
In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping (proof of cost required). Please also use a trackable service.
Refunds or replacements will be arranged once we receive the returned item.
Note: All refunds and replacements are granted at the discretion of Little Dot Art.
