1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://littledot-art.com (the “Website”) and any purchase of goods made through the Website. By using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

3.1 You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.
3.2 All content on the Website (including images, artworks, text, logos, and designs) is protected by intellectual property rights. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content.

4. Orders & Contract Formation
4.1 When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms.
4.2 A binding contract is formed once we confirm dispatch of your order.
4.3 All orders are subject to availability. For limited editions or one-off originals, once sold they may not be available again.

5. Price & Payment
5.1 All prices listed on the Website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
5.2 Delivery/shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.
5.3 We reserve the right to update prices before you place an order. Once an order is confirmed, the price will not change.
5.4 Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the methods offered on the Website.

6. Delivery & Shipping
6.1 Goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
6.2 Estimated delivery times are for guidance only. While we will make reasonable efforts to deliver within stated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
6.3 Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes only once full payment has been received.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (except for items that are personalised, custom-made, or digital downloads).
7.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period. You may need to return the goods in their original condition. Unless faulty, you are responsible for return costs.
7.3 If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer protection laws.
7.4 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Artwork & Product Descriptions
8.1 We take care to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate, but slight variations (e.g. colour differences due to screen settings) may occur.
8.2 Limited edition prints will be supplied with information about edition numbers where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of LittleDot-Art or the artist, Sara Otter.
9.2 Purchase of artwork does not grant you any reproduction or commercial rights. You may not copy, scan, or reproduce the artwork without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under law.
10.2 Subject to this, our liability for loss or damage relating to your purchase is limited to the price paid for the goods.
10.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit, business, or goodwill).

11. Privacy & Data Protection
11.1 We will collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 By using the Website, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in that policy.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
